What is a page credit?
One credit processes one page of a document. A 10-page PDF costs 10 credits. If you upload a batch of 50 invoices (each 2 pages), that uses 100 credits.
Do credits expire?
Yes — all credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You can use them at any pace within that window. There is no monthly reset.
Can I buy more than one pack?
Yes. Credits stack. If you buy a 500-page pack and a 1,000-page pack, you'll have 1,500 credits in your balance. Each batch's expiry is tracked separately.
What happens when my credits run out?
Extraction stops and you'll see a low-credit warning in the dashboard. Simply buy another pack — there are no overages or surprise charges.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — sign up for free and get 20 page credits to try PerfectParser with your own documents. No credit card required.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 20-page free trial (no credit card required) so you can fully test PerfectParser with your own documents before committing. Because you can evaluate the platform for free and our entry pack is just $19, all prepaid credit purchases are final. However, if you experience a billing error, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to resolve it for you.
Do you offer volume pricing beyond 25,000 pages?
Yes. For high-volume needs, custom SLA, or on-premise deployment, contact our team for a tailored quote.
What payment methods do you accept?

Are the prices shown inclusive of sales tax or VAT?
