PerfectParser provides AI-powered invoice data extraction and processing services. Our service uses optical character recognition (OCR) and machine learning technology to extract, validate, and organize invoice information from uploaded documents.

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload to PerfectParser. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process documents through our Service.

6. Credit-Based Pricing and Payment

PerfectParser operates on a credit-based pricing model. You purchase credits which are consumed based on your usage of the Service.

• Credits are purchased in advance and added to your account balance
• Each invoice processed consumes a certain number of credits based on document complexity and pages used
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active
• Credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance and purchasing additional credits as needed
• Processing may be suspended if your account has insufficient credits

7. Service Accuracy and Limitations

While we strive for high accuracy in data extraction, PerfectParser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All extracted data will be 100% accurate
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data before using it in your business operations.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PerfectParser and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerfectParser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any errors or omissions in extracted data

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
