Upload a sample

This tool extracts tables only — header text outside a grid is not included.

How it works

  1. 1

    Upload a photo

Drop a JPG or PNG of a printed table or screenshot.

  2. 2

    OCR the grid

Columns stay columns instead of a wall of text.

  3. 3

    Download Excel

Open the workbook. After three samples, new images use parser credits.

A screenshot is still a document.

Phone photos of rate cards and receipts belong in the same parser as PDFs. PerfectParser extracts them in bulk once you save a template.

What is Image to Excel?

Image to Excel converts a picture of a table into a workbook. PerfectParser allows three lifetime samples (1 MB). After sign-in, each new image uses credits like any other extraction — there is no unlimited free OCR.

Can I convert a JPG table to Excel for free?

Convert HEIC to JPG or PNG first. The uploader accepts PNG and JPG/JPEG.
